FR PLANWERK is an engineering office for structural design and analysis in Heilbronn — complemented by architecture, execution planning and BIM. For new builds, conversions and existing buildings.

01What FR PLANWERK stands for

Calculations and drawings that work on site.

Our technical focus is structural design: structural calculations, stability verification and position, formwork and reinforcement drawings. We work for architecture practices, engineering and planning offices, contractors and developers — in residential, commercial and industrial construction and in conversions of existing buildings.

02Structure, architecture and BIM

Three professional profiles, coordinated in one team.

Hassan Fatemi is responsible for structural design, structural analysis and position, formwork and reinforcement drawings. Maryam Rashidi is a registered architect entitled to submit building applications and is responsible for design, permit and execution planning, BIM and project coordination.

Hamdi Abusaad, a civil engineer and architect (Dipl.-Ing. Univ.) trained at a German university with around 30 years of professional experience, completes the team. As an engineer entitled to submit building applications, designer, structural engineer and authorised to verify structural stability, he combines structural design, design and permit planning and site supervision; he supports permit planning and the permit procedure professionally. His experience covers residential, commercial and building-construction projects in various German cities as well as construction projects in the United Arab Emirates.

FR PLANWERK thus combines structure, architecture, permit planning and execution experience in one coordinated team.

04Execution-oriented planning

The construction drawings come from one set of calculations.

Position, formwork and reinforcement drawings are derived directly from the structural calculations and aligned with construction. Calculations, drawings and site stay consistent — even when something changes in the project.

05Location and digital collaboration

Local in Heilbronn, digital across Germany.

Our office is at Hohenloher Straße 40/2, 74081 Heilbronn. On-site meetings are possible in and around Heilbronn; drawing production and digital collaboration work throughout Germany.

06Qualifications and responsibility

Responsible for structural design: Hassan Fatemi.

Civil engineer (Master), structural engineer and authorised to verify structural stability. FR PLANWERK is currently the trading name of Hassan Fatemi’s sole proprietorship.
